This Cookie Policy explains how XO10 B.V. ("GleeGuide", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on gleeguide.ai (the "Website"). Read it together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data more broadly.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels and scripts, work in a comparable way. In this policy we call all of these "cookies".

3. Cookie categories

We use the categories of our consent tool Cookiebot:

• Necessary: required for the Website to work, for example to store your cookie choices. These are always on.
• Preferences: remember choices such as your language.
• Statistics: help us understand how visitors use the Website, so we can improve it.
• Marketing: help us recognize interested companies and follow up on business contacts in a relevant way.

We only place statistics and marketing cookies after you have given consent.

4. Tools we use

• Cookiebot (Usercentrics, Denmark), necessary: stores your consent choices.
• Google Tag Manager (Google), necessary: loads our measurement tools and respects your consent choices. It does not store personal data itself.
• Google Analytics 4 (Google), statistics: measures visits, pages viewed and interactions. We send this data through a server-side tagging environment hosted by TAGGRS (the Netherlands), so we control what is shared with Google.
• Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft), statistics: anonymized heatmaps and session recordings that show how visitors use our pages. Form input is masked.
• Leadinfo (Leadinfo B.V., the Netherlands), marketing: recognizes which companies visit the Website based on the IP address of their business network. Leadinfo Replay also records how these visits move through the Website.
• ActiveCampaign site tracking (ActiveCampaign, United States), marketing: links website visits to your contact record if you are already known to us.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn), marketing: measures the results of our LinkedIn campaigns and gives us anonymized insights into the professional background of visitors.

Our hosting provider Vercel also measures page performance with Vercel Speed Insights. This does not use cookies and does not identify you.

5. Cookie overview

Our consent tool Cookiebot keeps an up-to-date overview of every cookie on the Website, with its provider, purpose, category and storage period. You can view this overview, and change or withdraw your consent, in your cookie settings. Open the settings and select "Details" to see the full list.

6. Changing your preferences

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via your cookie settings or the cookie icon at the bottom left of the Website. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how the Website works.

7. Legal basis

We place necessary cookies based on our legitimate interest in a working and secure Website. We only place preference, statistics and marketing cookies with your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). How we handle the personal data these tools collect, including transfers outside the EU and your rights, is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove tools. The latest version is always published on this page with an updated date.
